You'll find the key messages icon on the left next to the weekdays, click here to see the key messages for the week.. Drag & Drop. You can move communications around the page to different channels or dates, simply click and hold to move to a new position.. Create New Plans & Communications. Using the 3 dots menu in the top right corner of each page you'll be able to create new plans & communications without leaving this page.. Filter. See only what you need to look at using the filters button. Export. Click the export button to create a PDF or excel that you can easily share with colleagues offline.. *We're planning more updates to swimlanes soon to allow you to customise the swim lanes and view the data in the way that works best for you..
